IE in kiosk mode, keeps the user in IE in full mode. You can only
exit by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete and you can disable that if you want
in the windows policies.
This is great for dedicating a PC as a kiosk.
Click on Start
Click on “Run”
Type iexplore –k the site or document of you choice.
Examples:
iexplore -k www.microsoft.com
You can also create a shortcut to IE in the startup folder and add the -k www.YourSite.com switch to automatically load into kiosk mode after logging in.
